Terms & Conditions
1/ While scanning a property, there is to be no-one present on site, except for Muse3D
virtual reality specialists.
2/ Properties must tidy and ready to be scanned when Muse3D Specialists arrive on site.
Any delays may incur extra fees.
3/ All scan’s will be emailed to the client by way of URL Link & Embed Code within 24 hours
of the project being completed. They can only be delivered this way due to the size of the
data.
4/ All virtual reality tours created for tourism will feature, at no extra cost, on
www.thevirtualtourist.co.nz, and www.virtualhawkesbay.co.nz (for businesses located in
the Hawke’s Bay).
5/ The client will have unlimited use of the virtual tours. These can be placed on as many
websites as the client has access to.
6/ All invoices to be cleared within 7 days unless otherwise arranged.
7/ Muse3D Ltd. reserves the right to charge a late fee of 20% to late, or unpaid, invoices.
8/ Muse3D Ltd. reserves the right to place unpaid invoices with a debt collection agency.
(This will result in the deactivation of any scans)
9/ The fee charged by Muse3D Ltd. cover’s travel, time and the first 12 months hosting.
10/ Muse3D Ltd. has a licensing agreement with Matterport, Inc. who process and host all 3D
Walkthroughs created by Muse3D under this Agreement.
11/ If at any stage the client decides that they no longer wish to use their scan, Muse3D will
deactivate the scan for a period of 1 month, after which it will be erased. This must be in
writing.
12/ In the unlikely event that Muse3D Limited was to dissolve, Muse3D Limited will provide
communication between Matterport & the client to provide hosting plans for client scans.
(Hosting plans are charged by Matterport).

All images will be provided to the client within 24hrs.

We do not delete our images, so if you would like access to them in the future, please send us an email.
