Terms & Conditions
1. Property Access:
During the scanning of the property, no individuals, other than authorized representatives of Muse3D Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company"), shall be permitted on-site.
2. Property Condition:
The Client agrees to ensure that the property is clean and adequately prepared for scanning upon the arrival of the Company's specialists. Should the property fail to meet the required condition, any resulting delays may incur additional charges, which will be payable by the Client.
3. Scan Delivery:
Upon completion of the virtual scanning services, the Company shall provide the Client with the virtual scans via a URL link and an embed code within 24 hours. Due to the large size of the files, these methods of delivery shall be the only available means for receipt of the virtual scans.
4. Tour Placement:
All virtual reality tours created by the Company for tourism purposes shall be featured, without additional charge, on the websites www.thevirtualtourist.co.nz and www.virtualhawkesbay.co.nz, provided the business is located within the Hawke’s Bay region.
5. Client Usage Rights:
The Client is hereby granted an unlimited, non-exclusive license to use the virtual tours for any lawful purpose. The Client may embed or display the virtual tours on any website they control or have access to, subject to the terms herein.
6. Payment Terms:
All invoices issued by the Company are due and payable in full within seven (7) days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
7. Late Payment:
In the event that any invoice is not paid by the due date, the Company reserves the right to apply a late payment fee of 20% of the outstanding balance.
8. Debt Collection:
Should any invoice remain unpaid after the due date, the Company reserves the right to engage a debt collection agency to recover the outstanding amount. Should this occur, any collections fee's charged by said agency will be passed on to the client.
In such case, the Company will suspend or deactivate any virtual scans associated with the Client’s account until
the debt is resolved.
9. Fee Structure:
The fees charged by the Company shall cover all travel expenses, labor, and the first twelve (12) months of hosting. Additional fees may apply for services beyond the scope outlined herein.
10. Licensing Agreement:
The Company holds a licensing agreement with Matterport, Inc. ("Matterport"), which processes and hosts all 3D walkthroughs created under this agreement. The Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by any terms or conditions set forth by Matterport in relation to the hosting and processing of virtual scans.
11. Annual Payment for Hospitality and Tourism Industry:
Virtual tours created for the hospitality and tourism industry shall be paid for annually, with the first payment due within seven (7) days of completion of the virtual tour. Hosting services will remain active for twelve (12) months from the date of creation, after which the Client will be invoiced for renewal at an agreed-upon rate.
12. Cancellations:
The Client may cancel services only by providing written notice at least one (1) calendar month prior to the expiration of the initial twelve (12) month hosting period.
13. Business Dissolution:
In the event of the dissolution of Muse3D Ltd., the Company shall facilitate communication between Matterport, Inc. and the Client to ensure the continuity of hosting services. From that point forward, hosting fees will be billed directly by Matterport.

Delivery of Images
All images will be provided to the client within 24hrs.
Within that time, the client shall receive all hi-res images via Dropbox link.
We do not delete our images, so if you would like access to them in the future, please send us an email.
